We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, company details, and headcount when you complete an assessment, download a report, submit a form, or book a session. How we use it
We use your information to deliver what you requested (assessment results, Special Reports, the Stages of Growth Matrix), to connect you with a 7SG Certified Advisor when you ask for one, to respond to inquiries, to send communications you’ve opted into, and to improve the site and our materials. We do not sell your personal information.
Assessment data
Responses to the 27 Challenges Assessment and 7SG Business X-Ray assessments are used to generate your results and, where you engage an advisor, to prepare and facilitate your session. Individual team-member responses are treated as confidential and are shared only in aggregated form within your own engagement.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, email, forms, scheduling, and analytics), with the 7SG Certified Advisor you choose to work with, and where required by law. Service providers are bound to use your information only on our behalf.

Email communications
